A DNA video sits right at the top of your website and introduces your business and your brand to potential customers. I’d recommend the video is one to 2 minutes long and gets stuck in to letting the customer know what it is that you do and how you go about doing it
It’s also really important to add personal elements to the video. This is what keeps it engaging and builds trust with your audience.

So you’ve managed to get a potential customer to your website congratulations! You’ve already done half the work but how are you going to ensure that your potential customer follows through and buys your product or makes that first step to reach out?
Nurturing your audience is just as important as hooking potential customers in and the best way to do that is by letting them know who you are and what you do (or what your product does) straight away.

As I've already mentioned, DNA videos nurture audiences by informing your potential customers who you are and what it is that you do. This ultimatly begins to build trust with your audiance, and when it comes to nurturing potental cusomters trust is everything. Another good way to build trust is by awnsering any questions that an individual may have. This put's their mind at easy and rather then forcing the customer to find out this information about your business it's presented in a compleate and engaging way.
By building trust with a DNA video, you invite them to learn more about your company and leave the audience wanting more.

Case study: Wordsmith Projects and No7 Legal
I worked with Joanne and Fahimah from Wordsworth projects and No7 Legal to create a DNA video that would sit right at the top of their websites. The idea of the video was to inform customers a little bit more about their business and how they helps other businesses.
We filmed with Joanne and Fahimah across two locations making sure to show their personality every step of the way. We did this by producing interviews and B role that represented their personallity as well including testimonials. This was done to further build the trust of their audience.
